Tonight I left my laptop at the shopping centre by accident. Your staff were excellent. The security head - Peter was extremely helpful. He asked me to be patient as he called the CCTV people.

kept updating me on the progress, as Nairobi traffic can be very unpredictable. Once the gentle man from Interpol - Daniel arrived, Peter helped me go through the footage, and unbelievable I now have my laptop back!

As their behavior escalated I called the XFOR guard to come into the office which he immediately did. This settled them down somewhat but they continued to intimidate some staff. I then called XFOR management for help. A unit arrived quickly. Most impressive was the calm diplomacy used by the XFOR manager toward the unruly men. He spoke with them and instead of an escalation, completely defused them and they left without an incident. A very efficient and professional service.
